BS 5837 (2012) Surveys are a planning requirement whenever trees may be impacted by proposed development. We will produce a tree constraints plan of the site and collect all information needed to prepare the required reports for planning.

The AIA report contains a tree protection plan, which shows how retained trees will be protected during the development.

An AMS report is a technical specification of the mitigation needed to protect retained trees during the proposed development, as identified in the tree protection plan.

This type of tree survey is what you need if you are concerned about the health or safety of trees. During your tree survey we will identify defects such as weak branch junctions, disease or decay and we will assess how the structural integrity of each tree is affected.
